Processing Time

All Grace Canvas products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracecanvas.shop with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
