Processing Time
All GraceCanvas products are made to order by our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This is in addition to the shipping transit time shown at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Canada
Shipping to Canada starts at $14.89 for the first item, with additional items at $6.09 each.
Estimated transit time: 10–20 business days after production.
International Shipping
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipping starts at $21.19 for the first item, with additional items at $7.99 each.
Estimated transit time: 15–30 business days after production.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price or shipping cost. GraceCanvas has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gracecanvas.shop with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your package appears to be lost in transit (no tracking updates for 10+ business days), please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier.
